While at the ammunition's factory Frau Kleist fills the gap in the girl's lives as their mother. They eventually get a apartment, but as the Russians near entering Berlin, Frau Kleist anticipates the brutality of the Russian soldiers, yet there isn't much she can do. April 16th, 1945, the Red Army has entered Berlin. Emilia and the other girls she is with, along with Frau Kleist have no idea what will happen with them...What will be their future?
