This is a story I wrote from the perspective of "Sylvia" from S.E. Hinton's novel, "The Outsiders". I dived into how she met Dallas Winston, their dynamic, and how the events from the original novel impacted her. Please keep in mind that this is my first time writing something like this!! Keeping Dallas Winston out of the county jail. A 1960s Tulsa slic of life romance about a broke greasergirl, her chaotic twin brother, a very dramatic fourteen-year-old Ponyboy, and the reckless boy she can't stop bailing out of trouble.(No death, no fountain scene, no church fire, no tears! yayyy!.)

She's startled by all the new technology, of course, but the Greasers help her out. (so i know absolutely nothing about 1880. or 1965. or texas, or oklahoma. so please forgive me if there's any inaccuracies i've spent more time RESEARCHING about those time periods than actually writing, so... yeah.)
