To speak of one's trauma so openly is a brave task, and I hope you'll all join me on my journey of writing about the ups and downs of life, and the losses and gains it contains. Many times, we are scared to open up about our past and resolve repressed and unresolved issues in traumas, and my mission in writing is to help all of us resolve our issues and traumas in a healthy way. I am serious in what I say, as well as these words: I would greatly appreciate criticisms you have and comments to make improvements. We're all growing through life, and some of us need the help and guidance of another to do so. So will you join me for a ride? Because I am driving this car, and we have a long journey ahead of us. I hope that you will sit beside me in the passenger seat and find yourself as I have found myself. Let us cry out the pain when times are bad, and dance when the times are good. Let us sing our joys and our traumas, because repressing our issues only damages us in the long run. The bottle can only get so full before it spills over, and like I have in the past, some of you may wrongly impact yourself. Remember to empty it before it gets too full. Stay strong. Don't give up. Everyone who is reading my story must remember that not only your life is heavy. there is something heavy in everyone's life no one is living with entire happiness . everyone out there have some difficulty and moan about thier life. everyone wants to live life like others. But God is very sharp minded because he gives difficulties according to the person's bearing power. It means that god thinks that you are strong human. so fight every difficulties with enthusiasm not with tears. you get life once, you must enjoy this and you should pick best out of worst then only you could live your life as you want. you need to be strong . you need to think in cogent way. you need to forget what self loath means. because self hatred will only make you more negative about yourself. you should not run after happiness. because the more you will run for happiness, the more sadness you will feel around you. be happy with what you have.but if you can't be happy then isolate yourself and think that its your life and only you can make it better no one could ever do it to you. stop bothering about little complication and trouble in your life. if life will give you what you want then what will be twist to live. if you are facing any problem, any depression then talk to the one who can understands you and speak your heart out to them. don't kill your mind by running such things in your mind.you are strong, because god made you strong. you should neglect all small shitty troubles that bothering you. be happy and make each and every moment memorable and ya pick the best out of worst.
