It's a poem about what teens in school have to deal with and the difficulties they face within and how they have to meet a certain expectation. Also the lack of voice they have amongst society, how school is painted to be this amazing place when it's not and how there is no understanding or help for the students.

A poem I wrote a while back on nostalgia, growing up, and society (and its expectations)

The beginning of my ongoing collection of short stories and random musings.

This book is where I'm gonna put everything - mostly angry and sad craps - that I feel. I'm really tired of keeping all the anger and unhappy craps all to myself. I'll be also putting things that only you readers will know about. Or in short terms, "Me getting to know that life isn't full of cupcakes and rainbows."

Leyna Linn Mendoza is the lady who craves love to her own Father. She grew up in a rich Family with importance in their reputation. But she was suffocated in the pressure and expectations causing by her Father. She didn't experience what the common students feels when it comes to have fun. When she participated in Sk Election. Her life turn to something unexpectedly new. She will meet the man that really opposite on her. In believes, perspectives and state of life. Does her hates to the man turn to love? This semi-spoken word reveals the tellings a young girl's heart. A fragile heart which she fears might break, which she fears might harden due to pressure from her chosen world.

Going through life pressures we seem to hold on to the pass and pass experiences we've been through in life. Sometimes we never outgrow them memories or experience's we've been through. Most times we lose Faith in our journey, needless to say most times we stop trusting that good things can happen because we always looking to see if there's a motive behind it. As opposed to just living in the moment.

How social pressure can make someone do something to themselves . How they can damage their mental health and physical health

Random thoughts. It's distressing not being able to express yourself to anyone. Freeing yourself from the things that holding you back is fearsome. It takes a lot of courage to do so, and I don't have it. So, maybe in this way, by writing a diary, I may probably lessen the burden I am carrying in my whole life. At least in this world, no one knows me. I feel safe from judgmental reality.

Ashley is a 17 year old girl that gets kicked out off her house and has to face the pressures of the streets . Will she be able to find a job and money or will she make the wrong choices ?? Will she fall in love with somebody that is more than who she thinks he is ??

The "Breathe" poem begins with the poet reflecting on a poignant encounter with a boy who seems outwardly happy but hides a deep inner turmoil. The poet's observations reveal the boy's deceptive smile and the sadness in his eyes. As the poem progresses, the boy takes over, sharing his personal struggles. He speaks of his ambitious dreams and the relentless pressure he feels to succeed. Despite his dedication, the boy finds himself lost, unable to maintain focus as the burden of his studies overwhelms him. His confession culminates in a moment of despair, where he acknowledges his failure and the deep sense of guilt it brings. In the final stanzas, the poet steps back in to offer solace and encouragement. He urges the boy to breathe deeply, release his guilt, and find peace. Emphasizing the promise of the future, the poet inspires the boy to continue striving for his dreams, reassuring him that with every step forward, he will find his way again. He reminds the boy that there are endless possibilities ahead and encourages him to not get demotivated but to keep going no matter what.

The transition between childhood to adulthood is examined alongside the simultaneously prevalent, vehement, and malevoent corruption. Composition consists of four line quatrains with an ABAB rhyme and a triplet to finish.

She is a girl who lost all her hope. Who lost all her will, who felt tired to feel, so she just shuts off from the world, giving up on herself, like the others do. She is Charice Hoyle, a girl who deprived herself from all emotions to bear her from the pain and rejection and guilt. And he is River wood, a guy who made it his mission to make her smile.
