As the teller of the jackets great existence I should, before starting with the first of twelve stories, tell you of its nature. Though it is tragic how all its victims fell one must admit that it is a tale worth remembering, a temperament I hope few become to live like and a piece of clothing not to be manufactured again. Twelve victims with each their own different sin to commit and obliterate them and the people they love. Where the jacket was made I still do not know. Where it is now I cannot say, but that it will not cause any more harm is a hope I do not believe to be fulfilled. For when you finish reading this book you will see that the last sin is yet to be committed. However, I hope that if you do become the jackets next victim, you will find the courage and strength to resist the temptation.
