Retelling of the story pride and prejudice. " It is a truth universally acknowledged , that a girl in possession of too many pride and prejudice books , must end up in the book being a character she hates. " I love pride and prejudice, and read lots of retelling of that book and thought to write one myself. The character Caroline Bingley is not a favorite of most the readers... Including me. But I imagined what if someone ended up being Caroline of that book. Will they change her character ? Will something interesting happen from it ? , My character Lizzy hills loves to read pride and prejudice and she ended up in the novel being Caroline Bingley... What would happen next ? I will add few lines from the original text to have the fun of it , some scenes will be totally changed for the enjoyment. A Pride and Prejudice fanfiction. Regency setting. Based on the 2005 movie - picking up the story with the trainwreck proposal in the rain which ends with Darcy actually kissing Lizzy. Having his proposal rejected in no uncertain terms, Darcy has to work through his favourite lady's accusations while Lizzy has to come to terms with her conflicting feelings. When tragedy hits the Bennet family, Darcy and Lizzy each need to overcome their difficulties to maintain a chance on happiness in their lives. Work in progress.

The story written by Jane Austen has inspired millions and will continue to inspire. So, I thought I might use some of her inspiration to create a novel that is in a way related to her and to one of my favorite stories.
