I am very sarcastic. Some, emphasis on some, of my friends are too. Let's just say, that when we get talking, it's hard to shut us up. Ok, basically, this is a book composed of some of the many many texts that me and my friends send. Basically, it's an invasion on me and my friends space. Oh, yeah, almost forgot; I didn't ask them if it was okay for me to publish our private conversations. Oh well, they'll find out eventually....

I was born deaf. When my mother died, I didn't see the point in living anymore. I was pointless. My existence had no purpose. I needed it so badly that it hurt. Even after I started waking up early to go out to the bay (aka 'my special place'), when I did sort of have a purpose, it still wasn't normal. So, I came up with the idea to use my entire inheritance to get my hearing back and, while that seemed like a good idea at the time, I didn't realise the complications that I would have to endure to live an ordinary life. Will luck and fate win out, or will I always be tortured by the absence of sound in my life?
