Ria Murphy has had jumping superpowers since she was 13 but always kept it a secret. Too bad superheroes don't exist in our world. Ria doesn't know how a power like high jumping and jumping into dreams could help people anyway. This kind woman she knows, Ms. Maylene, has offered Ria and her friends a job at her homeless shelter and outreach program in Dallas. They'll all live together, saving the world by day at work, and by night, as superheroes. Some of Ria's friends have secret powers too, and just because superheroes don't exist yet, doesn't mean they aren't needed. And there are superheroes, they just have different, more serious names. (League 621 is named after the 621 Outreach Center (fictional place) based on Matthew 6:20-21. "Store up your treasures in heaven, where vermin and rust will not destroy, and thieves cannot break in and steal. For where your treasure is, your heart will be also." The real treasure is love, not money, so nobody has to be hopeless. The league and outreach center aim to show God's love to people in need.)
