In a world that rarely slows down long enough to listen, truth does not disappear-it grows quiet. The Quiet Flame is an ongoing collection of reflections inspired by the ancient path of Zoroastrianism-where every thought, every word, and every action carries weight. What began as a series of daily meditations continues to grow, drawing from lived experience as well as the enduring voice of the Gathas-ancient words that speak of truth, choice, and the responsibility carried by every human soul. These are not loud declarations or easy answers. They are small, steady reminders: A choice made in silence. A word spoken with care. A moment where light is kept alive instead of surrendered. This is not a book of instruction or belief, but a collection of reflections shaped by ancient ideas and lived experience. These pages offer no system to follow-only a fire to sit beside. This is not a finished work. It is a living one-meant to be returned to, added to, and carried forward. The flame does not end. It is kept.

"People see the fists, not the reasons behind them." I'm Max. I'm the quiet kid in the back of the class. The one who flinches when you raise your voice, who walks faster when the hallway gets loud. I have anger issues-I know that. I've got nightmares, flashbacks, scars no one asks about. And yeah, I get hit, shoved, humiliated. Every day. But none of that matters. Because my sister needs me. And I promised myself a long time ago: she'd never have to carry my pain, too. So I bottle it up. I stay silent. I protect her, even when it tears me apart. This isn't about being strong. This is about surviving-for her.

In the gentle, familiar rhythms of Longbourn, Josephine Carter has always known her place-cherished within the Bennet household, yet never untouched by the sharp gaze of a society that refuses to see her as she truly is. Content to remain in the background, she observes more than she speaks, writes more than she reveals, and feels far more than she allows anyone to notice. But when the reserved and enigmatic Mr. Darcy enters her world, Josephine finds herself caught in something far more dangerous than gossip or expectation-being seen. Not as an obligation. Not as a curiosity. But as someone worth knowing. As affection grows in glances and quiet conversations, both must confront the unspoken truths of their world: the weight of reputation, the boundaries of class-and the unyielding question of whether love can exist where society insists it should not. For in a world that demands she remain unnoticed, Josephine Carter may finally discover what it means to be chosen.

In May 2018, the entertainment world erupts when eccentric Hollywood icon Jim Carrey is officially cast as Dr. Robotnik in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog film. What should be a career milestone quickly spirals into something far more unpredictable-not just for Hollywood, but for his home life as well. At the center of it all is his teenage daughter, Maxine "Max" Carrey, a sharp-witted, emotionally controlled teen who prefers logic over attention and silence over spectacle. She has spent years adapting to her father's unpredictable personality-but this time, the world is watching. As the Robotnik casting announcement goes viral, Jim's creative energy ignites into full "villain mode," blurring the line between performance and reality. What begins as harmless character experimentation at home quickly escalates into public chaos: paparazzi swarms, school embarrassment, accidental viral moments, and Hollywood misunderstanding everything he does. Maxine, meanwhile, is unwillingly pulled into the spotlight as "Robotnik's daughter," forced to navigate media attention with her signature dry humor and unshakable calm. While her father turns everyday life into an improvisational stage, she becomes the grounding force trying to keep reality intact-even when reality refuses to cooperate. As production on Sonic the Hedgehog intensifies, so does the chaos surrounding them. Press tours, interviews, and early hype for the film push their already unusual dynamic to the breaking point. Yet beneath the comedy and disorder, a deeper story unfolds: a father and daughter learning how to understand each other when one expresses love through performance, and the other through quiet control. By the time the film approaches its premiere, both Jim and Maxine are forced to confront what fame really means-not just as entertainment, but as a force that reshapes identity, relationships, and normal life itself. A heartfelt comedy about chaos, creativity, and family in the spotlight.

On April 15, 2024, the internet explodes with the announcement that Keanu Reeves will voice Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic the Hedgehog 3. To the world, it's exciting news. To twelve-year-old Elijah "Eli" Reeves... it's the moment everything changes. Overnight, school hallways feel different. Conversations stop when he walks in-or suddenly start because of him. Classmates who barely noticed him before now look at him like he's something else entirely, not just Eli, but Keanu Reeves' kid. And for someone who's always preferred quiet over attention, the noise becomes impossible to ignore. As Eli struggles to find his place in a world that suddenly feels too loud, the people around him begin to shift too. His best friend Nora tries to pull him back into the light, while Lila-once a rival-starts seeing him in a growing spotlight surrounding the film. Everything changes again when Eli steps into the world for the first time-a recording studio filled with voices, energy, and expectations. There, he meets people who exist comfortably in the spotlight, like Ben Schwartz, James Marsden, Tika Sumpter-and others who, like him, are still figuring it out, including Alyla Browne Through quiet conversations, unexpected friendships, and moments that feel small but mean everything, Eli begins to realize something important: Being seen isn't the same as being understood. And maybe he doesn't have to be in anyone's shadow-not even one of the world is so excited to meet. In the Quiet Between Shadows is a heartfelt coming-of-age story about identity, pressure, and finding your voice in a world that never stops talking.

THE SHAPE OF STAYING is a psychological marriage thriller about control disguised as love-and the quiet power it takes to reclaim yourself. Clementine Thompson believed she had married safety. Her husband, Thompson, is calm, meticulous, and quietly powerful. Their life is orderly, successful, and private-everything a marriage should look like from the outside. But when Clementine discovers evidence that her husband has been monitoring her life and leveraging her family for professional gain, she realizes her marriage was never a refuge. It was a structure designed to contain her. As Clementine leaves, the danger does not announce itself with violence or rage. Instead, it watches. Calculates. Waits. What follows is not a story of escape through chaos, but a psychological reckoning-one where silence is weaponized, devotion is redefined, and love becomes something that must be unlearned before it can be chosen again. When Clementine begins a new relationship with a man who neither rescues nor controls her, she faces an unexpected challenge: how to love without surrendering herself. As her husband's carefully constructed world begins to collapse, Clementine must decide what forgiveness really means-and whether independence and intimacy can exist together. THE SHAPE OF STAYING is a restrained, emotionally powerful novel about emotional coercion, marriage, and the courage it takes to stay-this time, by choice.

In a city wrapped in winter fog and quiet snowfall, Elara sits alone-elegant, introspective, and unknowingly on the edge of something she can't yet name. A moment of stillness becomes something more: a surreal encounter with a girl she thought she'd forgotten. But who is this girl really? And why has she returned now? Stillness in the Snow is a haunting exploration of identity, memory, and the quiet strength it takes to face the echoes of your own past. Through lyrical prose and cinematic imagery, Elara's journey unfolds-not in noise, but in silence. Not in motion, but in pause. This isn't a story of escape. It's a story of return. Of remembering who you were. And daring to become who you still might be. ________________________________________

Hey, love... I know how strong you stood while they fought - like you weren't even there. How the silence became your language. How you hated them, even when your heart screamed, but they're my parents. You were just a child, forced to carry storms not meant for your shoulders. Let me hold your pain now. Let me trace each scar gently, and start again... from the night it all began.

❝𝗜𝗧'𝗦 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗗.❞ ━━━ 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘 people are born loud. They take up space. They shine. They are remembered the moment they walk into a room. She wasn't. (Y/N) (L/N) has always been the kind of girl the world looks through instead of at. Too quiet. Too gentle. Too easy to overlook. The type of person who smiles first, apologizes first, gives first - and somehow always ends up with nothing left for herself. At Death Weapon Meister Academy, everyone arrives with a partner. A weapon. A match. Someone chosen. Everyone except her. Days pass. Then weeks. Then months. Whispers follow her down the halls. "Maybe she's not compatible." "Maybe no one wants her." "Maybe she's just... not meant to fight." So she learns to be useful instead. Helpful. Polite. Perfect. A performance stitched together with lace sleeves and careful smiles. Because if she can't be wanted- maybe she can at least be needed. But even the softest hearts grow tired. And some nights, when the sky is too big and the world feels too loud, she finds herself crying outside the academy walls, wishing-just once-that someone would choose her first. Not because they have to. Not because it's convenient. Just because it's her. And then- something small finds her. A creature with sharp teeth and a softer heart than her own. The first to stay. The first to refuse to leave. The first to look at her like she is something precious. In a world of monsters, weapons, and madness, where souls resonate and fear turns people into something unrecognizable, she remains something strangely fragile. Not the strongest. Not the loudest. Not the most talented. Just kind enough to hurt herself for everyone else.

The Socially Anxious Me Became the Class Darling After Hearing Everyone's Inner Voices - When you think you're the most invisible dust in the classroom, but suddenly hear the heartbeat of the world "I'll pretend to have forgotten my pen again today." I crouch in the last row of the classroom, picking at the cuff of my school uniform, staring at the stray hairs on the back of the girl in front of me-she's thinking: "How the hell do I solve the last math problem?" This was the norm in my 17 years: socially anxious, overlooked, even clapping only when others started first. Until that stormy day, when I squatted in the corridor crying and suddenly heard my deskmate Xiaoyu's thought: "Her eyelashes are dotted with raindrops, like a drenched little kitten..." From that day on, the world changed. I heard the math rep mutter while flipping pages: "I actually didn't understand a thing, I just dared not ask." I heard the monitor sigh while erasing the blackboard: "If only someone would volunteer to team up with me." I even heard the stray cat at the school gate think: "The girl who always brings me bread seems upset today..." Then, I did something a socially anxious person would never do- I raised my hand. After that, new keywords popped up in everyone's inner voices: "Her smile is like summer," "I want to be her friend," "Please teach me how to build a nest for stray cats..." Now, my desk drawer overflows with notes. The top one reads: "Turns out you're not invisible-you're our secret hideout." - If you've ever felt "not good enough" or "unseen", this book tells you: Sometimes, hearing the world's heartbeat is braver than being heard by it. (P.S. The last chapter has an easter egg: even the proudest transfer student slipped a note into my textbook-"I've actually known for a while about the little sun hidden in your workbook.")

There was a time when Nayla believed love was something you earned by becoming smaller. In a house where silence felt safer than truth, she learned how to fold herself into corners - to need less, speak less, feel less. Love felt like endurance. Like something to survive. But survival leaves a quiet hunger. As she grows, Nayla begins to see the patterns she once mistook for affection - the way pain disguised itself as devotion, the way fear dressed itself as loyalty.

Some words were never sent. Some truths were swallowed whole. This is where they live. This is a poetry series about love that blurred, promises that bent, & the quiet unraveling that happens when truth is withheld. These poems explore emotional misdirection, self-betrayal, longing, & the moment clarity finally arrives. Each piece stands alone, yet together they trace the slow realization of what was real, what was imagined, & what was never meant to last. If you've ever stayed too long, trusted too deeply, or had to relearn your own voice - this is for you. New poems added regularly. - Tara Gardner / TG Byrd

Step into a journey where silence speaks louder than words, and the sky holds the weight of unspoken truths. Between Silence and the Sky is a raw, unfiltered exploration of grief, love, and resilience-a testament to the power of memory, music, and emotion. Each poem is a window into moments that shape us: the fleeting beauty of time spent with loved ones, the piercing ache of loss, the quiet strength found in reflection, and the whispers of ancestors guiding us through life's most difficult trials. From tears shed alone to moments of triumph and clarity, this collection captures the tension between sorrow and hope, between despair and purpose. These poems honor the voices that came before, the relationships that define us, and the personal battles we fight in silence. They are a bridge between past and present, grief and healing, silence and sound, carrying the reader through the depths of vulnerability and the heights of understanding. Every line is a pulse, every story a heartbeat-a reminder that even in solitude, we are never truly alone, and that our legacy, like the sky above, stretches beyond what the eyes can see.

I have forgotten who I am... Somewhere along the way, I lost myself- Not in dreams, not in love, But in the silence of giving too much, And receiving too little. Now, I'm just flowing with time, Not living, just existing- Like a leaf drifting on the river of life, With no anchor, no destination. I no longer love anyone in this world... Because the love I gave-pure, selfless, and deep- Was met with silence, with denial. Those for whom I lived, Turned away when all I needed was to be seen, To be valued, To be held-just once-with the same truth I offered. And in the shadows of these broken echoes, I now turn to the one person I abandoned the most... Myself. I am learning, slowly, painfully, To love myself again- To pick up the scattered pieces of my soul, To whisper gently, "You matter... you always did." I am searching for a place... A space where I don't have to prove my worth, Where my silence is understood, Where my heart can rest- In this world that is as beautiful as it is cruel, As magical as it is merciless. I'm not looking for perfection anymore- Just peace. Just truth. Just a quiet corner of the world Where I can simply... be. 😊😊😊
