7 teens from Waco Texas who possess extraordinary abilities, are on the run froma secret society which turns out to be government funded. Their mission is to capture and experiment on people like them. The secret society wants to control them and use them as weapons for their master plan. Along the teens' journey they battle their traumas, enemies, and learn to lean on each other.

This story takes place in Africa, specifically in Kinshasa, Congo-Kinshasa, at the French school of Kinshasa. It tells the tale of seven ordinary youths who become Power Rangers of the Congolese National Police (P.N.C) to combat the forces of evil.
