One year after the Battle of Exegol, scattered remnants of the First Order threaten to regroup in the Outer Rim. Resistance Agent Volition is dispatched to Batuu, tasked with investigating their growing activity. She is partnered with Rings, a stoic and mysterious mercenary with secrets of his own. With each battle fought and each piece of intel uncovered, their trust in each other strengthens. But in typical Resistance fashion, things rarely go according to plan, sending the unlikely duo across the Outer Rim on a bold mission to end the First Order threat once and for all... Author's Note: I stayed as true to Star Wars canon and lore as possible. The two main characters, Rings and Volition, were created by me. This story focuses on character growth, engaging dialogue with some fun banter, tight action sequences, and some well known guest appearances. The tone is Star Wars PG fan fiction, so there's no swearing (does Dank farrik count?) and no excessive violence. I broke the chapters up into smaller "Episodes" to make it easier to digest. A fun and (hopefully) enjoyable read for any Star Wars fan. Your feedback is highly encouraged and greatly appreciated!

This is a Percabeth AU (Alternate Universe) with some Spy School mixed in as well. If you haven't read Percy Jackson or Spy School, that's okay, you don't need to read those to understand this story. The debriefing ended not too long after. Ezra reflected on what their assignment was: find some group of people who were all powered that were all last spotted in Hawaii. He also reflected on the events that lead them to this: he was still gone from Lothal, but Sabine found him. He only arrived six months ago, and she hadn't left his side. He knew why. If he were to lose her, he didn't know what he'd do. She was all he cared about now. He was all she cared about. They looked at each other from across the room, nodding. They left the room and headed for the quinjet. "Do you think Lothal is fine?" Ezra asked. "When I left," Sabine replied, "it was rebuilding. Ryder will see that your home stays safe." In the back of his mind, Ezra could sense that something terrible was coming. Something powerful. He didn't know what, he just knew. He only hoped that it was enough for them to gather as many heroes as possible to defend the Earth from the threat that Ahsoka foresaw, and the threat he felt was coming. Though he didn't remember much of it, the way he had heard the Devil of Hell's Kitchen describe it, it was a terror to witness. "Only one," Karen responded, "inside what F.R.I.D.A.Y. identified as the bridge." He came to a closed elevator shaft. He forced open the door and shot a web line to the top. He ascended until he came to the last door. He forced it open and saw a bizarre scene. Bodies on the floor covered in a plastic armor; some with burns and others looked like they were strangled by something. In the actual bridge area the windows were all smashed and there was one... human? Was someone here before him? No. This person had a burn in his right shoulder. It looked like what the plastic wearers were shot with. He took his pulse... weak. He looked around searching for whoever had shot him. He turned back to the man. "Who are you?" Warning: though this includes MCU characters, this does not follow the same continuity. The Sokovia Accords never happened, all of the Avengers are on Earth, and all of the villains of the past are locked up in the Raft. This is also pre-Infinity War. Also Star Wars doesn't exist as a fictional franchise.
