In the aftermath of the Clone Wars and the deaths of Count Dooku and the Separatist Leaders, a shutdown signal was sent to all Battle Droids units throughout the Galaxy, effectively putting an end to the Clone Wars. In addition, the Galactic Republic was reorganised into the First Galactic Empire, and Chancellor Palpatine, who is actually the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious, establishes himself as Emperor, putting an end to democracy and creating a new era of fear, corruption and tyranny that would last over a decade. Unknown to Palpatine, one large squadron of Battle Droids was able to resist the shutdown signal. In the possibility that Palpatine would betray him, Count Dooku instructed his secret apprentice, Jack Trevelyan, to oversee a contingency plan, to reconstruct the Droid Army. Hidden in a secret facility on the remote planet, Virmire, located in the Unknown Regions. Jack had his Tactical Droid, Kraken, oversee the reproduction of the Droid Army and enters cryo-stasis to preserve his youth, reawakening once the time comes. In time, the Confederacy of Independent Systems will return to resume its original purpose: free the Galaxy from the corruption of the Republic, now the Empire. Even with the Republic gone and the Jedi Order wiped out, Ahsoka Tano had risen from being a Jedi Knight in hiding; to being the Rebel informant, Fulcrum; to become the first General of the Rebel Alliance. After surviving a duel with the Sith Lord, Darth Vader on Malachor, who once turned out to be Anakin Skywalker, her former master and friend, she has to return to the rebellion and her allies. But she has to face more difficult trials, not only from the growing rebellion, but from herself and the people close to her. She must learn to let go of attachments and face her fears, in order to be able to lead the fight openly as a Jedi Knight. The story follows the plotline of my other story, Star Wars: A Hero's Downfall (If you haven't read it yet, check it out!). It's not a sequel, it just follows the plotline, that's it. And it is set at the end and after the Star Wars Rebels episode, Twilight of the Apprentice. (This is how I think it happened from there.) I don't own Star Wars and its characters and places, they belong to Lucasfilm and Disney. It may also include a few OCs.

The debriefing ended not too long after. Ezra reflected on what their assignment was: find some group of people who were all powered that were all last spotted in Hawaii. He also reflected on the events that lead them to this: he was still gone from Lothal, but Sabine found him. He only arrived six months ago, and she hadn't left his side. He knew why. If he were to lose her, he didn't know what he'd do. She was all he cared about now. He was all she cared about. They looked at each other from across the room, nodding. They left the room and headed for the quinjet. "Do you think Lothal is fine?" Ezra asked. "When I left," Sabine replied, "it was rebuilding. Ryder will see that your home stays safe." In the back of his mind, Ezra could sense that something terrible was coming. Something powerful. He didn't know what, he just knew. He only hoped that it was enough for them to gather as many heroes as possible to defend the Earth from the threat that Ahsoka foresaw, and the threat he felt was coming. Polaris was a slave for most of her life before the crime families raided the facility and she ran away. She hated her slaver. But the Empire hasn't been good for her either. Ever since she's been living on the streets, making her home a small cave outside a little town. She knows there's more out there for her. Sabine's been having dreams. About Jedi. She sees a blue lightsaber, and hears a male voice. She's always assumed it was Ezra. Until she comes face to face with her dream Jedi. She is shocked to see Kanan. (Kanan is not blind.)

It's right after Ezra turned his back away from the ghost crew as he joined maul as Sabine follows after her love and joined with Ezra and maul, and started Clan Maul on Mandorlarier.

This is a crossover of Rebels and Skeleton Crew leading to a showdown with Grand Admiral Thrawn. Ezra is now the Master teaching Jacen, Hera's son, and Wim. This will revisit past high republic stories as well as explain after Return of the Jedi and the republic.
