Chloe, the opposite of anything bad. Filled to the brim with goals and assists and mental rules for herself. She's already the face of the school, I mean..she is a Charming after all.

This is a post-War Storm fan fiction. It is in the perspective of Mare, Cal and Evangeline and shows what happens after Norta falls and becomes the Nortan States. Will there be more war?
