The wind was knocked out of me and just as I caught my breath more kicks were thrown at my stomach. I curled up on the floor as I tried to protect myself while sobbing but it didn't really help. With each kick I heard distant yells. He was yelling at me but I couldn't hear what exactly he was saying. It was like his voice was drowned out by water. He picked me up by my hair and turned my face to look at him. His eyes were black with rage and pure hatred was all over his hard face. I just don't get it, if he hates me so much why not just let me go? Michelle has had enough and she needs to find a way out of the life she was forced into. She wants her freedom and she won't give up until she has it.
