The defeat of the emperor came at a price neither Ben nor Rey were willing to accept. What lengths will they go to to protect one another and what sacrifices will it take? As their love grows stronger, distance makes their hearts grow fonder. Ben sacrificed his life for the woman he loved. Rey will go to any length to save the man she loves. But when she discovers a heartwarming surprise, Rey realizes that to save Ben she would not only be sacrificing her own life. Can Rey protect those she loves as well as save the man she loves?

A post "The Rise of Skywalker" story. Months have passed since the end of the war against Emperor Palpatine, since Rey lost her dyad in the Force, Ben Solo, and found a new home on the Lars's moisture farm on Tatooine. Ever since she settled in on the desert planet, Rey started training a new order of Jedi, teaching them about the balance of the Force, taking her mind off of what happened on Exegol until after her lessons, because that's when she tries to reach out in the Force to search for him. For Ben Solo. But even after months of trying to reach out to him day after day, Rey still fails, believing he doesn't want to see her. She is frustrated and desperate, and about to give up hope until she finds out about a place existing within the Force, a place existing between time and space: the world between worlds. Could Ben be stuck in the world between worlds? Could he have been alive after all? And can Rey bring him back? All characters and planets are from Lucasfilm/Disney. The fic contains the world between worlds, but I added my own little spin to it. The art is by meadowhayle.

Set after the battle in the throne room, Rey was given a choice. Either to go with Kylo Ren or go back to The Resistance. She decided to join Kylo Ren... Rey stays on Tatooine while the resistance tries to bring a new order to the galaxy. After the defeat of the First Order and the death of the man she loves, she is not sure what to do. But what if he wasn't actually dead? What if the Wills sent him back to liver is life with Rey? This is their story. Takes place after TROS, so obviously spoilers. I refuse to believe that Ben is dead and this is how I am coping with it. I own nothing except for the plot. Everything goes to Disney and Lucas-film. I found the cover art online.

Rey, determined, accepted Kylo's hand and after five months abroad The Supremacy, has become restless. Everyday she is met with unwanted glances from those abroad the ship and now pregnant, all she longs for is a normalcy. Although content with Kylo being part of her life, knowing Ben is still in there, Rey misses her friends and has trouble adjusting to her new life. What if Ben Solo didn't die at the end of Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker? Here's what I think would happen. Spoilers. Duh.

"Do you know what will happen?" I glanced at Snoke's ever gruesome face, partially hidden in the shadows. "What?" "Do you know what will happen...if a Sith Lord and a Jedi join together?" I just looked at him and didn't say a word. "Light and dark cannot exist together, you will destroy each other." Based off a lot of Star Wars stuff and my overactive imagination :)

Ben Solo is the next in line for the Naboo throne. He is destined to marry a girl from Jakku named Princess Reyna Dionne Kenobi, or Rey. Both of them being powerful Jedi, and coming from two powerful lines, Rey and Ben must find a way to cooperate. Together. This is my first Fan Fiction and I am really hoping anyone who wants to read it will be pleased. Thank you SO SO much! -Maggie

When compulsive gambler Sir Benjamin Kenobi has lost his estate and all of his money playing dice, he realizes that he only has one thing left of value: his daughter Rey. In a final game, he stakes his daughter's hand in marriage, convinced that this time he will not lose. Unfortunately, however, he does lose; to the evil Lord Snoke. Unable to return home and tell his daughter that he has lost her in a game of dice, he kills himself there and then. Lord Ben Solo, who has witnessed the events, takes pity on Rey Kenobi, although they have never met. He challenges Lord Snoke to a game of dice in which the winner takes Jakku and Miss Rey. Lord Ben Solo wins and is simply pleased that he has saved someone from the nasty Snoke, he thinks no more about the event. One evening, however, Ben's friend Lord Armitage Hux insists upon them going to Jakku to take a look at his "prize". It has been one year since she last saw Kylo Ren and has been training with Luke ever since. She has been interrupted with her training when Leia has given Rey a mission to bring Kylo Ren home once and for all. But on the way to the new Star Killerbase, Kylo kidnaps her and brings her to Yavin-4 to train her because he believes together the are very powerful, more powerful than Supreme Leader Snoke. While Kylo trains her, they both develop feelings for each other. How will they handle it? Will they be able to defeat Snoke? No, I do not own Star Wars (obviously), and no, none of the artwork is mine.

The Resistance may have won the war, but not everyone wants peace, and the spirits are restless... *set after TROS* I do not own the Star Wars thematic universe, however some characters have been altered or created by me for this fanfic. Some language and modern themes that may be seen as mildly offensive but deserve to be addressed.

I run back inside to see stormtroopers swarming around. I run around trying to find Rey. I run back outside. I her screaming and yelling. I immediately recognize it as Rey's. I see someone dragging her into a ship. "Lucifer," I whisper to myself. I sprit to the ship. "Rey!" "Ben! Help me," Rey yell kicking at Lucifer, who was dragging her up the walk way of the ship. "Let her go! Let her go!" I yell trying to reach her before the the gate closes. "I love you Ben!" I hear Rey yell before she disappears into the ship.

"I wanted to join you," Rey said, tears dripping from her face. "Then why didn't you?" Menace crept from Kylo Ren's voice as he turned to make deathly eye contact with her. "You know why!" "Enlighten me," he threatened, though it sounded like a plea. "It wasn't our time, Ben, you know that." Rey's voice shook a little. "When is our time?" Kylo's voice became lighter. "You already know the answer to that," she sniffled. *** The Force knew Rey was to be in Kylo Ren's life just as Kylo was to be in Rey's. However, both individuals prayed and hoped for very different outcomes. Rey wanted nothing more than to bring Kylo Ren back to the Light. She wanted to show him the wonders it provided and the life they could have if he returned to her. Kylo wanted to bring her to the Dark Side. He wanted to rule with his bride by his side. Ben Solo is the prince of Alderaan. Rey is an orphan, abandoned by her parents. They both feel alone, like a piece of them is missing, yet that feeling begins to disappear as Rey is chosen as a Selected. ------------------ He gently pulled her to the dance floor, and wrapped his free hand around her waist, as she put her free hand on his shoulder. They started dancing gracefully, and they were so lost in their own worlds, that they didn't even realize that everyone stopped dancing and started watching them. Some ladies watched in envy, the rest watched and 'aww's were heard. "Who knew that just one look can do all of this." ------------------ I don't own any of the characters!
