Hey, I'll be updating this book every Monday, so don't be afraid of the low chapter count :) Also let me know if my writing style is too much. It wont always look like this, but because Chapter 1 takes place directly in the Daniel case, it isn't exactly conversational. Two years after the successful android revolution, Cyberlife is seemingly a deserted building that nobody dares to touch. But, as it turns out, the building is not so deserted as a brand new, fresh out of the laboratory, RK900 is awakened and shoved into the new world and made an android detective. Sadly for him, RK900 has to be partnered with none other than the one and only, iconic, pissed off detective: Gavin Reed. The frenzy about the marriage faded out during the day, and life continued its ordinary course. Connor showed up at your desk once during the day to bring you a fresh cup of coffee to force you to take a break. You were typing on your keyboard like a madwoman since you arrived; you had to fill a report you'd forget to the day before, and Fowler was getting impatient. After that little intermission, the android was nowhere to be found.

"You are incorrect again, Dr. Jackson. I don't have feelings. You always seem to forget that I am a machine." He said monotonously. Diamond hesitated, her brow furrowing. "Yes, but some androids are known to develop consciousness." She combatted back. "Then I would be deviant. Isn't that the exact opposite reason you made me, so I wouldn't develop feelings?" Conner saw her temperature has went up, tears forming behind her tear ducts. "Gah! Forget it! This was a stupid idea!" Conner's LED flashed yellow. Creating him was a stupid idea? He didn't like that. Something in his program didn't like what she said, especially coming from her. "Diamond--" "WHY CAN'T YOU JUST DO THIS FOR ME, BRYAN?!" Conner paused. Who the hell was Bryan?

Chloe seems down and Connor accidentally discovers a way to make her laugh.

Markus and Connor are basically best friends, and everyone's now treated the same. What Connor didn't know was Hank's daughter Jesse coming to stay with them until she finds a house to rent. At first he's not too sure about her, then he realises how much androids mean to her, which is a lot. He finds out that she loved androids at a young age, and starts to trust her. What happens when Connor is taken away by someone Jesse thought was her friend?

A Cyberlife scientist named, Nora Bosting and her lab partner Braylon Raith, discover something Elijah Kamski tried to bury in the identity and gravesite of RA9. Cyberlife investigators and a secret elite Android agent team track them down. She barely escapes the wrath of the Android agents. Crawling through a snowy blizzard with one foot in the grave. What they did to her partner is unknown... Her only saving grace is when she sees a distant light coming from Elijah's mansion. Collapsing unknowingly at his doorstep. Leaving her fate to the very man who started it all... Will he spare her? Finish the job? Or turn her into something that will forever alter the war between humanity and machine?
