The morning streets of New York City glow under the rising sun. Mutants and yokai are now free to walk among humans after the Kraang invasion - a fragile peace that finally lets everyone breathe. Among them is Y/n, a tall, intelligent, composed young woman with a natural "serious face," porcelain skin, black hair in a low messy bun, and sharp grey eyes. Despite her calm and reserved appearance, she's smart, witty, unselfish, and surprisingly funny when she wants to be - even capable of rapping (though she keeps that secret). She's also April O'Neil's childhood best friend, closer than sisters. While walking, she spots four mutant turtles and a human girl taking photos.
