Paperwork and council meetings just were not a particular favorite pastime of hers, but she could not avoid it. The whole country was rebuilding from the war with Erawan and Maeve. When she wasn't doing her duties as Queen, she spent time with her family and her people. She wouldn't be like former rulers that shied away from the people they ruled over. She wanted to know them, understand what they had been through. Feyre Acheron had been born human and turned Fae. A daunting and nightmarish change if you asked her, but despite it all, she still dreamed of a better world. The war with Hybern was over. They had won. But her work and the work of her court and the rest of Prythian was far from over. She wanted a world where humans and fae could coexist, but was that even possible? Darkness creeps in from the shadows. These two heroines know this firsthand. But will they be able to stop the shadows that threaten to tear them apart from the inside? Or will their personalities clash, allowing the darkness to reign supreme? THIS WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS FROM A COURT OF FROST AND STARLIGHT AND KINGDOM OF ASH.
