Throne of Glass meets A Court of Thorns and Roses. Two very different worlds, with two very different types of Fae. Or different enough to warrant confusion for both sides when truths are revealed. Aelin Ashryver Whitethorn Galathynius brought peace to the world of Erilea. Through her life she has taken on many names, but none more taxing than the Queen of Terrasen. Paperwork and council meetings just were not a particular favorite pastime of hers, but she could not avoid it. The whole country was rebuilding from the war with Erawan and Maeve. When she wasn't doing her duties as Queen, she spent time with her family and her people. She wouldn't be like former rulers that shied away from the people they ruled over. She wanted to know them, understand what they had been through. Feyre Acheron had been born human and turned Fae. A daunting and nightmarish change if you asked her, but despite it all, she still dreamed of a better world. The war with Hybern was over. They had won. But her work and the work of her court and the rest of Prythian was far from over. She wanted a world where humans and fae could coexist, but was that even possible? Darkness creeps in from the shadows. These two heroines know this firsthand. But will they be able to stop the shadows that threaten to tear them apart from the inside? She leaves conversations unfinished, feelings unspoken, doors cracked just enough to escape when things get heavy. Loving people has always felt like a promise she isn't sure she can keep, or that she is deserving of. She keeps herself moving, distracted, unavailable. Alone is safer. Um, I'm kinda obsessed with the Throne of Glass Series right now ("kinda" being a relative term). So I decided to write some stuff. Mostly fluff and cotton candy. Title is a work in progress-- I might add more or less stories. Updates will be 100% irregular.

Maeve had heard rumors of a place called Pyrinthan and of a place called Hybern but she had never thought they were of much importance, but after capturing and breaking her niece she knew it would not be long before the bitch's court came after her and she knew Erawan wouldn't be far behind. So she decided that maybe a few alliances might be helpful in keeping her in power.
