A model student at school slips and ends up transported to the world of Re:Zero, becoming Pandora-the Witch of Vainglory and suspected final boss. In this moment, he can't help but sigh in relief: thankfully, he's a light novel reader who knows the world of Re:Zero inside and out. But... Looking at the silver-haired little girl and woman in front of him, along with the giant door standing behind them in the snowbound landscape... Is this... the legendary nightmare difficulty start?

However, everything goes wrong when, at the end of the day, he's strangely sent back in time, and given worrying instructions. "The arrival of danger within an alleyway causes a call. The loot house receives he who is called once negotiations become violent. Two out of three lives- do try to prevent that number from reaching zero, otherwise I fear you might find yourself regretting it deeply." Now thrown into a confusing and dangerous situation, Y/N must use his cunningness to somehow prevent a certain person from dying too many times, lest he suffers the dire consequences... Subaru finally enjoys some peace and quiet as he finally has time for himself. This story starts right after the White Whale appears in front of Subaru and his allies; around the start of Episode 20 of the first season of Re:ZERO. There weren't a lot of "Subaru is actually pretty strong!" types of routes, so I thought about making one myself. [This is purely fiction, but will have spoilers for those who have not watched the anime. (Which I doubt) ] Anyways, please enjoy.
