The story features her starting out almost emotionless and empty, longing for someone to relate to. All of a sudden, one night a fire breaks out in her appartement building as she is in the shower. Firemen arrive at the scene, and no other than Xavier Michaux was assigned to do a sweep of the apartments. Finding her in this awkward situation drove a connection between them. He took her back to the station, and the rest was history. Indulge in this detail oriented novel, and follow the emotions of this romantic lover's spectacle. Please keep in mind that this story is not completed or even near completed yet, so there might be spelling or content errors.

I remember that day like it was yesterday. I was scavenging for scraps in the dump piles when I heard a yelp. The voice was much less raspy than everyone who lives down here and I was curious. I slowly crept through the trash silently, hiding behind a large hunk of metal. I looked through a small opening in the peice to see a girl around my age with curly blonde hair and impractical clothes. She looked like what we see in picture books found in the dump piles. There were bows in her hair and frills on her dress. She looked towards me and gasped, starting to shake. Then I knew where she came from. She came from the city, she fell from above.
