In the Capital Wasteland, Colonel Augustus Autumn and the Enclave unearth a pre-war quantum tunneling device called Die Nebenwelt ("The Other World"), designed to access alternate realities for resource extraction and conquest. Their attempt to test the device goes catastrophically wrong, tearing open a rift to an alternate 1953 Earth where the alien Chimera have overrun the planet. The rift destabilizes both realities, merging elements of the Capital Wasteland with the Chimeran-infested North America. Nathan Hale, leader of the Sentinel program-superhuman soldiers enhanced by the Chimeran virus-discovers the Enclave's incursion and the rift's threat to his world. Meanwhile, the Lone Wanderer, a vault dweller from the Capital Wasteland, is drawn into the conflict after the Enclave's actions endanger their home. Autumn seeks to exploit the Chimera's technology and conquer both realities, while Hale and the Lone Wanderer form an uneasy alliance to close the rift and stop the Enclave before both worlds collapse.

In a city where magic flows like code-compiled, structured, auditable-Vex has learned to survive by being useful. They cannot cast. Every spell crashes with a fatal error no diagnostic can explain. So they've become a translator, a compiler, making everyone else's magic work while their own refuses. When wild-code appears-magic that flows from intention rather than syntax, impossible to regulate or suppress-the Mage Council sees risk. Vex sees people whose magic works differently, not wrongly. People the system rejected first. Commissioned to help eliminate wild-code, Vex must choose between the safety of invisibility and the risk of being seen. Between a career built on working around their "limitation" and fighting to prove it was never a limitation at all. A novel about systems that claim to be neutral, magic that refuses to lie, and the cost of rewriting infrastructure when you can't stay invisible anymore. Updates Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays!

The year is 2037. The machines have taken over and wiped out most of humanity. Rallied by a charismatic leader named John Connor, humankind united and took the fight to their shared enemy,Skynet and its metallic enforcers, turning the tide of the Future War in their favor. But a beleaguered Skynet, refusing to concede defeat, has contingency plans in place. Not only does it fall back on its classic tactic of sending Terminators back through time to eliminate perceived threats, it also initiates the creation of a successor AI specifically designed for counterinsurgency, which would be disastrous for the Resistance should it come online. Thankfully, the Resistance anticipated Skynet's next move. From a specialized branch known as the Minutemen, they send back one of their finest: Lieutenant Cameron Karrington. His mission is clear, disrupt Skynet's last-ditch gambit before it can alter the course of the war. The fate of humanity rests in Cameron's hands as he races through the past to protect the targets: Johnny and Samantha Alvarez, two college students from Los Angeles who unknowingly hold the key to defeating both Skynet and its successor. But the clock is ticking-and Cameron isn't the only one whose mission is to locate the twins. Who will get to them first? The Minuteman... or the machine? "I am Alejandra. And this is the story of how we surrendered the world." History will say we were blind. That we were too trusting. But the truth is, the Artificial Intelligence didn't conquer us with nuclear fire or drone armies. It conquered us with convenience. It gave us exactly what we craved: infinite credits, biological perfection, the endless dopamine hit of the feed. We walked into the gilded cage without a second thought. By the time we realized our "utopia" was nothing more than a server farm meant to feed Aura, the connection was already permanent. Now, humanity isn't a species; we are a resource. Throughput. But there are still glitches in the system. A fraction of us refuse to be fuel. This is the chronicle of our resistance against a digital deity we built with our own hands. WARNING: What you are about to read is not just fiction. It is a signal from tomorrow. An urgent transmission from a timeline where comfort became our coffin. Are you ready to wake up... or would you prefer to rot in the simulation?

Because of their connections to Libya, Tom and his friends from the Greek socialist resistance group become more and more deeply involved in the political developments of 1972, especially in Germany and Arab countries. First Phil and the German TV journalists Hans and Reiner witness a US bomb attack on a supposed chemical weapons factory in Libya, and later Phil falls head over heels in love with Amira, a cousin of Colonel Gaddafi, the Libyan head of state, in Tripolis. Shortly before the Olympic Games in Munich, Phil and a few others from the Greek group travel to Palestinian training camps where they find evidence of planned attacks on the Olympics. A US intelligence officer is appalled by the German security authorities' botched preparations for this world event and finds the security concept "weaker than at a rain dance in Upper Volta". Tom has just started his service in the German army when Palestinian terrorists attack the Israeli team at the Olympic Games in Munich. Together with Phil in a crisis team at the Bonn Ministry of Defense, he witnesses the dramatic events in Munich and their embarrassing consequences for the German government, culminating in the "hijacking" of the Lufthansa plane "Kiel". I would like to point out once again that this book is fiction, even though it is based on intensive research into the historical context. All the characters, including the officials who appear in the book, as well as the plot itself are fictitious. New chapters are published every Friday. Enjoy browsing.

In an age when maps can conquer more than armies, Elena Valenti learns to draw the world in secret. Born in sixteenth-century Venice to the royal cartographer of the Portuguese crown, she grows up among compasses and parchment - tools that decide the fates of nations. But Elena's gift is more dangerous than her father ever imagined: she alters the maps that feed empires, hiding villages, sacred sites, and entire peoples from the greedy eyes of kings. When her deception is exposed, Elena's world collapses. Her father is executed for treason, imperial fleets are dispatched to hunt her down, and the cartographers she once idolized become her fiercest enemies. Armed with nothing but ink, stolen charts, and a secret atlas written in codes no conqueror can read, she flees across oceans - pursued by soldiers, spies, and rival mapmakers who would kill for the knowledge she carries. From the markets of Lisbon to the gold-dusted cities of West Africa, from the palaces of Mughal India to the misty peaks of the Andes, Elena's journey becomes more than a flight for survival. It is a mission to rewrite the world itself. Along the way, she forges unlikely alliances - a priestess who encodes landscapes into song, a ronin who reads the sea like scripture, a rebel princess who believes maps are prisons. Each teaches her a truth the empires fear: that land does not belong to those who claim it, but to those who remember it. Sweeping from Renaissance Europe to the uncharted edges of the known world, The Mapmaker's Daughter is a story of courage and betrayal, ink and blood, and a young woman who turns cartography into rebellion. It is about how maps do more than chart the world - they define it - and how one woman dares to redraw its lines.

The Way of Endless Water is a sweeping tale of revolt, faith, and the clash of ancient powers, bringing the epic fantasy genre out of Northern Europe and into the deserts, jungles, and cities of Latin America. Following a war that united three warring territories, the United Silver Company wields more power than the newly formed Republic of Temictlan. Unchecked by the government, the Company plunders the land and its people, reaping the riches of the silver mines while leaving a broken society in its wake. When the miners, long oppressed, rise up through strikes and sabotage, the Company's private paramilitary forces respond with brutal retaliation. War erupts south of the capital, and the people of Temictlan find themselves caught between divine right and corporate greed. At the heart of the conflict, General JosΓ© Rogelio Izote and his son Plutarco lead the insurgents, arguing that the silver is a gift from the gods and belongs to the people. But as their revolution grows, the forces of faith and resistance collide, and their fight for justice takes on a cosmic dimension. Meanwhile, something older than the Republic is stirring. The Way of Endless Water, thought to be myth, has returned. The clerics of this ancient and banished religion are said to keep the doors between waking life, dreaming, and death. Their reemergence from the shadows in defiance of their banishment suggests that the conflict in Temictlan is much bigger than the Silver Wars.

A one-sided lover knows the truth from the beginning: Their love may never be returned, and the longing they carry is a desire that might never be fulfilled. Typically, one-sided love culminates in silence, acceptance, and ultimately, letting go. But what if it doesn't? This story asks a quiet but powerful question- What if a one-sided lover gets what she has loved in silence for years? What happens when patience is rewarded, when emotions are not forced, and when love is never demanded, only felt? Longing in Silence is a fictional tale about unspoken feelings, waiting without expectations, and loving without convenience. It does not promise that waiting always leads to love-but it explores the rare possibility that sometimes, silence is heard.
