Tato knížka je o dívce jménem Alissa a je jí 15 let. Pochází z Kanady, ale nechce tam nadále být. Ve škole jí šikanují a ona to už psychicky nezvládá. Její rodiče zemřeli při autonehodě, kterou přežila jen ona. Bydlí se svou tetou a strýcem. Vše v jejím životě se hroutí a ona to nezvládá. Pak přijde Jeremy, seznámí se o maturitním ples, od té doby spolu chodí. Tato dívka zažívá různé příhody a má kluka. Během doby kdy píše deník vypráví co zažívá a co se jí přihodí. Vypisuje se z pocitů, které cítí a docela jí to pomáhá. Ráda tancuje a kreslí, tohle je vlastně její jediná vášeň. Její kluk Jeremy je fotbalista a nemá na ní moc času a když ano koukají na filmy. Alissu to už nebaví a rozhodne se s tím něco dělat. Oba dva chodí na uměleckou univerzitu. Co se bude dít? Co se stane a zlomí ji to srdce a ona už nebude ničeho schopna?
