Just an alternative ending, that's all. Plus, this is the alternative ending we deserved and what we needed. At least, that's what I'm thinking.

After Crait, the Resistance is all but decimated. It will take time before they regain the strength and numbers to be anything more than an annoyance to the First Order. In the meanwhile, the Force bond between Rey and the new Supreme Leader not only continues but grows. They begin to be able to see one another's surroundings, touch things... and as the bond grows, so does their relationship. Mutual distrust becomes begrudging acceptance. Then a strange sort of friendship. And then... well... ;) Post TLJ Reylo fanfic; VERY Rey/Ben centric; will focus almost exclusively on times when the bond brings them together; A VERY patient slow burn that devotes a lot of time to character development. Rey Jaxyn is a trauma surgeon who moves to Oregon to escape her past, there she meets Dr. Ben Solo a cardiothoracic surgeon. This is my first official fanfiction so please be kind, constructive criticism is welcome.

Takes place after my alternate ending! Please read that before reading this! Rey and Ben have defeated Emperor Palpatine. Rey has convinced the Resistance leaders let Ben live in exile on Tatooine, and she has joined him. Together, they plan to open up a Jedi Academy in order to train the next generation of Jedi.

Kylo Ren the supreme leader from the first order he's never visited the plant Earth before but something was calling him and that reaching out to him he would always have dreams about this one girl but he's not able to see her he only sees her as a silhouette . He wonders to himself why does he keep on dreaming about this girl that is in galaxies far far away from him maybe the force is trying to connect with this girl or she might have something that might be useful for Kylo Ren. He's never fallen in love before but he loves the idea of having someone who can relate to him and understand him for who he is . " I want to know who she is " .

Kylo is heartbroken after Rey leaves him. He is now a sad dejected supreme leader. Hux is trying to kill him and he ponders letting him do it when a new force bond opens and Rey does something unexpected.

Rey is about to marry a man she doesn't love. As the moment approaches, all she has left are the memories of the only man who ever made her heart belong to someone.

This 2 chapters fanfiction is a collaboration with the very talented @reylovers On Tik Tok, Rey stumbles upon a pottery tutorial with a close-up of a potter's wheel, a piece of clay and a pair of beautiful hands modeling it with "Careless Whisper" playing in the background. It was 30 ABY, Leia knows that her son being a senator means he will have many enemies, but after an attack on the Galactic Congress Leia decided she needed to ensure Ben's safety especially well he is away from home, so she hires a Jedi to be his personal bodyguard.

Sequel to The New Normal, Rey and Ben are now the proud parents of twins Han and Jade. With a third child on the way, the dyads must find a way to balance being parents to force sensitive children while ruling the galaxy as respected Emperor and Empress.
