Rhett and Link had just finished their Pod cast, Ear Biscuits. It is about 9:00pm and they were turning off their equipment for the day. Link is across the room from Rhett, Link turns around to glance at Rhett, than he asks “What are you doing tonight?”. “I haven't had anything planned” Rhett sets down his headphones on the table, “my wife is out of town with the kids, so I'll just be home... Alone.” He puts emphases on “alone”. Link gets a shiver down his spine as he has been waiting for a long time to spend time with Rhett alone, other than work of course. Link walks over to Rhett and helps wrap up cords, “Well I am.. Free too..” he turns away fast, so he doesn't seem to desperate, “we could go to your place, if you wanna.” Rhett's face started to feel warm, and started to blush. They both went silent. Than Rhett replies “Yeah, sure. What would you want to do?” he turns to Link and sets his hand on his shoulder. Link gets tingles, but this time not in his spine. Link tightens up a bit, he Is getting nervous, things are moving so fast. “just watch a movie, you know”, Link pushes his glasses up, than looks at Rhett. “Plan for our next show too”. He sees Rhett lick his lips, his shiny lips. Link imagines it over and over again. He couldn't get the image of Rhett's pretty mouth out of his head. “Well we should get going than...” Rhett said. The car ride there was silent, but the pheromones and emotions were obviously intense. Link was nervous, but he knew he'd be OK, since his best friend was there. They were so tired after work they just thrown their stuff in the corner and settled next to each other on the couch. “Do you want anything to drink?” Rhett asked. Link wanted to calm his anxious nerves, because tonight would be the night..

Rhett has built his southern fusion restaurant to be the best in Los Angeles. Sure his staff is frazzled and he's drinking a little more than is reasonable, but overall he is happy. At least as happy as he can be. Until a really picky food critic enters his life in more ways than one... Dedicated to Whatsastory, the other part of my Rhink loving heart. <3
