Daryl Dixon is a man of choice. He chose not to follow his parents wishes. He chose to move way from them to Atlanta, Georgia. There Daryl found a job at his favorite coffee spot "The Grind", and had way more luck with finding an apartment. He enjoyed his small apartment and simple life until Rick Grimes came into the picture. Rick was an officer, who came into the shop everyday, not trying to sound cheesy, but he fell for Daryl sooner or later. Only making his life more complicated. Daryl couldn't lie... He had a role in this mess.

This takes place in Alexandria. Everyone knows the Rick family of misfits but will the family except the new cupple? This is a Rickyl and will only be updated if asked to. This will pluck at the heart strings but will have a happy ending. This is a one shot but if you wish for it to be a story it can be. There will be no smutt only fluff. Also don't own the characters or the walking dead the story I made up and wrote.

One day Daryls life changes, his best friend and crush Rick Grimes has been hospitalized while Rick is in the hospital chaos spreads as flesh eating creatures known as walkers or geeks roam the earth. Rick was home, lonely as usual. Lori was long gone, leaving him after finding out that their mgarriage was a cover to keep him in the closet. His façade was completely ruined and had been for a while. Who cares when you have met someone so breathtakingly attractive like Daryl?

Scarlett Nicole Dixon is nothing short of what her brothers are. She's brutal, a slight bit racist, a player, and violent. At times she can be more scary than both of her brothers combined. She never feels bad for what she does, nor does she ever apologize. She hasn't cried since the last time her dad beat her, when she was 17. that was the worst time he beat her, Daryl took her out of the house and they lived with his friends for a few months until he raped Scarlett.Daryl and Scarlett lived out of Daryl's truck after that. Daryl tried keeping her out of trouble, but she's landed in jail a handful of times. This book is not going to follow the story line exactly, and I will be adding in parts. So don't comment telling me that I didn't do it right. I don't own any of AMC's The Walking Dead character, only the ones I make up, like Scarlett. if you're going to read my story, please vote and comment so I know that it is getting reads.
