Devin told himself that he will try to protect his friends and family, Michael is the only one he has in the family (sadly! :&lt; ) while his friends were very important to him like Michael. Eden knows about the promises that devin had made For himself, tbh eden is not very evil but he is also not the nice person to have a conversation. Devin also kept his feelings away from Ritchie, he didn't want him to get hurt, so he must kept his feelings a secret and away. Michael knew about devin's feelings towards ritchie, he didn't tell him though, cause he is a good brother to devin after all! Sadly to say but devin might make a sacrifice for them if he has to.
