Rohit Sharma was a billionaire businessman, admired not only for his sharp mind but also for the way he carried the weight of his family on his shoulders. Despite his empire, his true treasure was his family-his two younger brothers, Ishan and Hardik. Hardik was settled, happily married to his husband Rahul, and deeply devoted to him. Ishan, the youngest, was still finding his way, studying in London, chasing dreams of his own.
Three years passed without Ishan stepping foot in the family home. His letters were rare, his calls briefer still, and though Rohit and Hardik missed him, they let him have his space.
But one morning, without so much as a call or warning, Ishan Kishan walked back into their mansion. He looked the same-charming, reckless, carrying a smile that could disarm anyone. Rohit and Hardik embraced him with tears and laughter, glad to finally see him home.
Yet Ishan noticed something strange.
In all his memories, the house was never complete without Virat-Rohit's husband, his favorite brother-in-law, the one who spoiled him endlessly and always sided with him when Rohit scolded. But now, Virat was nowhere to be seen. His belongings were gone, his laughter absent from the halls.
"Where's Virat bhai?" Ishan asked innocently the first night. Silence followed. Rohit's eyes shifted, Hardik coughed, Rahul smiled nervously.
Every time Ishan brought Virat's name up, the conversation would change. The warmth in Rohit's face would harden, and Hardik's easy banter would suddenly die. They were hiding something-something heavy enough to erase Virat from the house, yet fragile enough they refused to speak of it.
Ishan couldn't shake the unease. His family was keeping secrets from him, and he was determined to uncover the truth-why his favorite brother-in-law was gone, and what shadow now lingered in the mansion he once called home.
