"My eyes fluttered open, I looked around the room. But it was not a room. I saw the courtyard in front of me.I was on the stage, noose round my neck. Screaming, asking what I did wrong to end up in this wreak." I remembered in the end, what I did wrong. Well, "wrong". I'll let you decide if I deserved my fate, but to understand my present, we'll have to acknowledge my past. And most importantly what happened... Ever felt inferior? Imagine that every second, imagine being beaten down and kept on a leash. Now that is what life was like for victorian woman. Pauline is a mystery, well her fate was. Unpredictable. She was forced to poison a woman and this is here journey on trying to make us understand what happened... Loosely based of Robert Browning's 'The Laboratory'

Many people have told me that my poem "My Last Duchess" was very ambiguous and that they did not understand what was happening, or they felt that the dramatic monologue took away from the scene of the poem. Thus, I decided to write a story version of my poem in the point of view of the guest, which would be more detailed, and publish it here on Wattpad!
