Well, that's a reality for my uncle who had trained more than he played, trained more than he studied and trained more than he slept. There was not one single day where he was not out rowing at the lake and all those hours, days and years shaped him to be one of the best rowers of not only Saskatchewan but of Canada and pretty much the world.
