It shifts - sometimes almost chaotically - between moments from Before the Revolution (B.R.), with its communist routine and quiet absurdity, and scenes from After the Revolution (A.R.), in a still-young democracy learning how to walk... sometimes in the dark, sometimes at a run. This isn't a history lesson. It's a childhood caught between rumors, sirens, silences, and the kind of courage you don't know you have until you're asked for it. A novel about what a Revolution looks like when you don't fully understand it - but you feel absolutely everything.
