Did you hate the end of Inheritance the last Eragon book? I did. So I decided to make a 5th book. In this book, Eragon feels the need to go back to his home and see Roran and Arya,but since reading his future he knew he couldn't go back to Alagaesia.

Ten years passed since Eragon defeated Galbatorix, and Eragon was currently training new dragon riders with the Dragon Order in Mount Arngor when an elf-human traveller carrying a bronze egg had arrived. Soon, the egg had hatched to a girl who was prophesied to reunite the broken Far Eastern Reaches after the devastating war that its old emperor against Du Weldenvarden. An OC insert at the beginning of the first book where the difference in character, personality, and actions cause this story to diverge from the one we know slowly. Some of the first chapters are more or less simple edited copies of actual chapters from the books, mainly because there was simply not much to change. But as the story diverges, so will the chapters. Currently, I plan to rewrite the entirety of the first book, but that is a pretty huge goal, so we'll see.
