this is the first season of a Kamen rider crossover about a boy who had a very "painful" (and by that I mean annoying and stressful) life before obtaining the power of most if not all Kamen riders at one night. with this newfound power, he plans to make journeys across different worlds to fight evil and enjoy his new life as a kamen rider.
