The killing game still took place however, but Junko and Izuru figured out a way to bring all of the dead ones back. If they died they have low pain tolerance mainly in the spot they died from. Ex. Wound to the head, has low tolerance there. Everyone is a member of Kokichi's organization, and Fuyuhiko agreed to merge their groups.
