We are all used to seeing doctors as diagnostic machines, as those whose duty is to help us and save our lives... But they are human beings too; they have their own lives. Simone and Conrad are two ER doctors who strive every day to save people and put the pieces back together, but in the meantime, they are the ones falling apart... and for their wounds, there is no medicine that can help. Along with their scrubs, they both wear a mask of arrogance and confidence-but what happens when the shift ends? They both need to be saved, yet they can't find the courage to ask for help, and it feels as though the world is turning its back on them in every possible way... It is only after hitting rock bottom that they both realize there might be a medicine for their wounds after all-and that medicine is each other.
