What does a child who has been sheltered their whole life, grow up to crave?

Fleur has perpetually pondered the ethereal sensation of embracing an existence marked by independence and self-reliance. Having been sheltered throughout her formative years under the watchful grasp of her family, she has evolved into the epitome of a sheltered maiden, utterly unaware of the enigmatic realities concealed beyond the confines of her familiar surroundings.
