This is about young Amaya, also know as Moselle in the squid world, she thinks everything is normal, she has a normal... Or so she thinks... Her mother was a human, but her father was a squid. Follow along in this adventure, troubles, deaths, and betrayal filled story. I will be editing this story since I created this when I didn't know how to write. There is said to be a very rare curse. A curse no one dared to speak of. A curse unlike any other, that only a few are infected with. This curse had no cure. You were stuck with it for the rest of your life. It gnawed at your insides, made you feel empty, even made you a labeled Minecraftian. This is the curse of the golden eyes, and this is the story of the only one who was spawned and infected. The story of the start of a legend known as SkytheKidRS.

Selama perang dunia nuklir, peneliti menemukan sebuah materi bernama anti-gravity. Materi yang memiliki kegunaan untuk memanipulasi gravitasi dan dapat dikombinasikan dengan beberapa peralatan. Negeri Hoverair, merupakan sebuah negeri apung yang menjadi tanah air baru bagi manusia setelah perang nuklir karena bumi telah terkontaminasi oleh radiasi bom nuklir yang menjamur. Gears Rain mengisahkan tentang kisah petualangan Dexton Vhal, seorang Scavenger muda yang tinggal di seberang kota dekat dengan bukit rongsokan. Dexton memiliki keinginan untuk bersekolah di Akademi Hoverair. Ia bersama dengan saudara kembarnya, Arlox Vhal, yang sama-sama berprofesi sebagai Scavenger. Namun karena ekonomi yang rendah, mereka mengurungkan niatnya. Saat ulang tahunnya yang ke lima belas, setelah kematian pamannya, mereka mendapatkan sebuah undangan penerimaan di Akademi Hoverair. Mereka pun berangkat dan menemukan bahwa Akademi Hoverair tak seindah yang mereka bayangkan.

And yes, I do ship iballastiksquid x skydoesminecraft (end of a/n) It's been years since the war started and squid is getting tired off it all. He has never been found off fighting, but he has a secret, a secret that keeps him fighting, fighting for freedom. Sky is growing used to the daily battles, killing the squids with ease, but he can't help but wonder where their leader is, and why there are so many humans amongst the squids. He doesn't know, that he will soon find out.
