This is my version of the Hobbit; focusing on Thorin Oakenshield, though, not Bilbo. I suppose it could be called 'The Dwarf' but that would just be a little odd. It follows the story of Thorin's journey to Erebor, starting before he heads off to a meeting of the dwarves at Iron Hill, in a human kingdom in the south; a kindom with an Elvish princess. In an odd twist of fate, she ends up on his journey. And nearly kills every single person there, deliberately. But that's all in the story. So read!

Sherlock looked around the room, walls battered with blood from who knows how many victims this maniac had strung up. "Sherlock, dear?" His rich voice echoed across the room, sending Sherlock shivers that bellowed across his body. "Have you figured it out yet?" He asked yet again. Sherlock stayed still. After all, what could he do? Any movement motioned him to be exactly where the criminal was able to kill him. "Oh god..." The man chuckled, "You haven't, have you? Sherlock Holmes, the smartest man alive, couldn't figure out a simple mystery?" A large clank of metal was heard as the door flew open. "It's raiiiiining..." The man began, advancing towards Sherlock in an agonizingly slow way, "It's poooouring..." The criminal mastermind continued to sing, "Sherrrrrrlock is boooooooring..." "He went to bed, someone shot his head..." "He couldn't get up" "In the mooooorning..." Bang.

The Dwarves of Erebor live in peace with the Woodland Realm Elves, and all others. Thror, the king of Erebor, is pleased with his kingdom, and most especially with his heir (and grandson) Thorin. "You will one day be the king, young Thorin, and will rule this mighty realm." In Erebor, everything is at peace, until Thorin angers an unlikely friend..

An outcast of the once beautiful greenwood ,disowned by her kin ,a young female roams the dark forest lands ,watching from the shadows , who is known by very few who choose to remember her.

In all lands, through forests thick and seas unyielding...the beauty of glorious bells, with songs crafted from coppers and golds, was unparalleled. Kings called for craftsmen of Dale to slave deep into the night from all reaches of Middle Earth. For, undoubtedly, there was no equal to the ethereal chimes found within the city's walls. The peaceful song sung throughout the years suffered a terrible fate: under the guise of night, sisters and wives, daughters and nieces vanished into dust. Where laughter and joyous celebration once thrived, fear snuck into the skeleton of the city...until, that is, a lone bell craftsman muscled up his cowering courage and ventured towards the lair of the Dragon. Perhaps he will succeed, for there is mysterious power within the chimes of the bells...or perhaps his song will be crushed within the silent dips of the Lonely Mountain.

Okay hear me out, Bilbo would've written a poem for Thorin so like yeah.
