Y/N Vahn, Agent Zero, is the Ultimate Spy. He lives as a normal student and only receives missions from the Alliance when they need the best of the best. Unfortunately, his latest mission is bigger than anything he's faced before. His mission is to Protect the Ultimate Princess, Sonia Nevermind, from a global conspiracy known as Trinity. He enrolls in The Institute for Talented Individuals as the Ultimate Archivist to keep watch on her. But he soon realizes that he'll need his classmates' help if he is to stop the threat. He also begins to find out he's falling for her Highness as his mission progresses.

This is a very sad story so if you don't want to cry i'm sorry. This fanfic follows Sonia during her time in Novoselic and at school and neo world program. This has spoilers also I've never seen the anime so I'm sorry if I get something wrong (the anime isn't cannon anyway) This story shows how much Gundham really meant to her and how much she really needed him.
