Three years after leaving the Philippines to find distance from an unspoken, unrequited heartbreak, Miguel has carved out a quiet, independent life running his own business in the scenic wine valleys of La Rioja, Spain. He has given up on love entirely, finding a guarded peace in a solitary evening routine: painting the vast fiery orange country sunsets from a lonely dirt ridge. But his carefully structured universe is completely shattered when a gust of wind sweeps a stray sketch across his path, leading him straight to Kiana - the very same girl that he had unspoken feelings for in the past, who has unexpectedly arrived in the very same valley.
Too naturally shy and guarded to speak the heavy words they left unsaid in the past, the two introverted artists strike a silent bargain. Every evening at golden hour, they agree to meet on the ridge to paint the fading light side by side. For exactly twenty-one days, their canvases become a shared diary, forcing them to process their past color by color. As the countdown ticks away and the colors on their palettes begin to blend, they must decide if they will let fear part them a second time, or if they will finally find the courage to speak out those unsaid words before the twenty-first sunset dips below the horizon forever.
