Valentine's Day; the one day where hatred and all emotions that don't give you butterflies in your stomach are forgotten; the day where a baby flies around and shoots people with little heart shaped arrows; the absolute worst day for a person to break up with you; the day where new, tentative, relationships are formed.

Mei and March are best friends, but Mei wants to be something more. In an effort to keep March from flirting with anyone else, she convinces him to make an agreement that neither of them will send any Valentines, eat any candy, or going on dates. Will they be able to make it all the way until the 15th, or will March break his promise to Mei because of the girl he likes?
