When Olivia, a senior in high school, is unexpectedly paired up for a presentation with her middle school bully, Danny Johnson, she is anything but pleased. She still sees him as the rude, cynical, and not to mention, unbelievably arrogant boy, he was four years ago. Danny doesn’t remember Olivia at first, but when he does, their relationship changes completely. To her horror, he remembers her by the cruel nickname, “Eggplant”, which he called her in the 8th grade, when she was overweight and wore a purple sweater to school. Danny is the last person Olivia expected to fall for, but when he asks her on a date and shows her his true self, she’ll finally own up to her feelings and grab her happily ever after by the reigns.

A green Sour Patch Kid named Johnny who wishes to be eaten, as do other candy. Johnny and his red friend, Shawn are about to be taken to a theater to be sold when a rip in the packaging causes the red candy to fall out. The packet is purchased by a movie-goer; when Johnny is about to be eaten the buyer trips causing the green candy to be thrown in the trash. He then sets off on a journey with the goal of being eaten, while encountering other abandoned Sour Patch Kids. He also meets corrupted Sour Patch Kids who have gone "sour" and are lashing out at others for being forgotten. #SPKSADcontest

For the SPKSADcontest, lol I feel the need to write so I decided I'd write a bit of something that's been floating around my brain, bear in mind this is being written from phone so sorry for the mistakes. #SPKSADcontest

When Midnight Mayhem signed up to go on a summer tour, it was almost guaranteed that Jessie Taylor would be coming along for a couple of shows with her long-time boyfriend, drummer Brett Harrison. Jessie had been there since Day One, when the band was practicing from a garage and playing for an audience of ten people, if they were lucky. She’d been their biggest supporter, and had planned to continue to be as they took their band to the next level. When these two opposites are assigned together for a pschology class, their personalities collide. Sweet and Sour just don't mix. Can their love if Sour Patch Kids bring them together?

I was told once that ‘if you keep letting darkness in, how will you ever see the light?’ And after my mother died, I only let darkness in. If you close yourself off to the future and possibility, and you hold onto negative emotions, then you will be like a rock stuck at the side of a stream and you will never get anywhere. In the course of one summer, I was able to forgive, fall in love, and have hope again.

And let me tell you this all the girls want him except me. I despise him. He is a BIG JERK. He is a play boy. And I want my senior year to be good, wonderful, and in peace. This is my entry for the SPKSADCONTEST so don't hate because then you'd be a hater and haters suck.

Erika Jones has been an orphan since she was 4; living in an orphanage with other children her age. Now she is at the age of 16 and she still hasn't been adopted like her peers who left as fast as they came in. She goes to school like any other teenager her age and like normal she was an outcast; until one day, she found HIM. Skyler Hernandez was the typical high school nerd; well at least inside school he was, it was all just a façade. All he wanted to do was to blend in with everyone in high school; well that was until he was reunited with HER. Erika Jones. His childhood best friend.

The main character is the reader. Also, there is absolutely no given gender role in this entire piece of writing. What I'm going for is something that appeals to any sexual orientation or preference. Everyone deserves to be romanced in their life, and even though it was a difficult task, I have written, edited and tested this story to romance either a male or female.
