This record compiles observations of how a modernizing island nation lost its ability to function during wartime. Rather than a single cause or responsible party, collapse is shown as the accumulation of failures: orders not reaching the front, approvals stagnating, decisions not reflected in reality, information being simplified, and records going missing. The final authority was partially aware that decisions were not fully implemented, but outcomes are not judged. The document describes not why the state fell, but how it was observed across different domains.

One of South Park favourites couples breaks up...their separation soon drives everything crazy. Changes are made, plans are changed, choices rethought and almost everyone gets the spotlight... The characters are aged up, I tried to keep it as close to canon as I could. Please keep in mind that their personality is going to change a little as they get older.
