Every thing was fake, all a virtual reality game. The killing game, everyone dying, all of that was all fake. Everyone was still alive. And so, 15 (excluding Tsumugi) students live their lives as students of Hopes Peak Academy. Everyone was the same, everyone except for Kokichi. He always excluded himself from every gathering they had, something was bothering him. And if someone was going to figure it out, it was going to be Shuichi. ⚠️ TRIGGERING THEMES, SWEARING ⚠️

Pregame split personalities of both Kokichi and Shuichi disturbs them, the truth is way too ugly to accept so they keep on lying...

(Voices. So fuzzy, yet so clear. Then, a stabbing throb racked his brain, shattering his thoughts. Through the pain, he felt a slight weight on his side...) ...When Rantaro woke up from the simulation, he didn't expect the grape he began dating 2 weeks before Danganronpa to be cuddling him. He also didn't expect the piercing headache or the screeching that only made the pain a thousand times more unbearing... We do not own Danganronpa or any of the characters used in this fanfic. Shuichi and Kokichi have been childhood best friends ever since they could remember. However what happens when two life long friends are taken away from each other only to be reunited in none other then Hopes Peak academy! Shuichi Saihara, just a normal kid with a normal life. Until well, one day on a fishing trip with some of his friends. What he sees that day, who he saves that day, changes his normal life forever, and there's no way he would have it different. Also I don't curse, sorry. Kokichi started coughing. The room grew silent as the other Ultimates, who were investigating a murder, turned their attention to the smaller teen. He stopped his hacking, only to say "I'll be back in a sec" before abruptly turning and speed walking out the door. Two small, dark blue petals were left in his wake. This is a Hanihaki story between Kokichi and Shuichi. It will most definitely be shorter in length, so don't be too surprised, heh heh! I'm conflicted, so I will make a good ending and a bad ending (The bad one ending in death). This is my first fic actually, so I hope you enjoy!
