Something about the world was fundamentally wrong, but no one knew it except nineteen-year-old, Lita Skye. After almost dying of sand poisoning and calling out to the gods of her people, Lita realized that her life left in their hands was soon to be extinguished...until He-the Unknown God-saved her. With His power, the Unknown God wiped her lungs, throat, and mouth clean of sand and saved her from a surely agonizing death; from that moment on, Lita vowed to know Him and denounce the Trinity. If only it were that easy. Lita soon finds that family ties, political roles, and public appearances held more weight than religious truth and at her refusal to complete the Oath to the Trinity, she is exiled from Vexmoor to live life in the Outlands until her trial. While in the Outlands, Lita must make a decision. Either she will repent and serve the false Trinity to gain her fiancé, friends, family, and status in society back; or, she can serve The One and be lost to everyone forever.

The Lord blessed me with the words for this poem while reminding me of the safety I have in His Love. The greatest Warmth. 🧡

Grateful the Lord is teaching me to rejoice in Him! 💛 "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning." ~ James 1:17 "For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ." ~ 2 Corinthians 4:6 I wrote most of this on my birthday recently and a few days ago I finally added the finishing touches. God has blessed me so much through the message He taught me which I wrote about in this poem. I woke up with this on my heart after a night of praying for joy and peace in the Lord and seeking Him. I've reread and prayed this quite many times because the Lord is helping me again and again through the insights He's already given me 🥲 Praying you are blessed! Jesus is the Greatest Blessing!

About a month ago, I had this dream.. which started out as a nightmare but then turned -by God's Grace- into a dream of Jesus comforting me with a kind of Peace that only He can give. It was one of the most meaningful dreams I've ever had- I remember the feeling of safety that I experienced in that moment as He woke and soothed me. :') It was during that dream that I felt called to write this poem in gratitude. There's also been many times that I've prayed during a nightmare -sometimes while not even knowing it's just a dream- and every single time, right when I pray is when I wake up. God wakes me up, making everything okay, and this pattern has definitely taught me to cry out to Him. That's the meaning behind the second paragraph in this poem. I've never really thought of myself as much of a poet. I barely have any experience around this type of writing. The fact that this came to me so easily and the way I could express so much emotion through it really shows that it was the Holy Spirit's work through me- it was a sudden gift and I'm grateful to have been chosen to write this. :) May all Glory be to Him! <3

Are men and women truly from different planets? Yes, at least in my experience of 44 years with a quirky male, my husband Wayne. This books is a series of snippets highlighting the differences. Each section is a short peak into differences, some humorous and some serious. All are based on anecdotal evidence as opposed to scientific observation, although occasionally I may reference a study that buttresses my bias. In addition, I have included essays on relationships in general.

This shall be a collection of my words inspired by God and written by the hopeful wisdom I've obtained through the years {unless otherwise stated}. The words I write are as much for me to remember as it is for any reader. I want to inspire, have a healthy impact on those who are broken or need a shoulder to cry on. For those who need inspirational words whether they are happy or sad. Please, believe in yourself. You have no reason not to. You were made for a reason. Whomever states otherwise is a coward, insecure about themselves, and is like a snake slithering on the ground, telling you to eat the apple. Snow White did it, Eve did it, but you don't have to. Faith struggles with her fiancé's revelation that he paid to abort a child he fathered his senior year of high school. Her belief system labels abortion as murder. Her dreams include a virginal marital bed. Can she offer forgiveness and trust to someone who shattered her dream and fostered an abortion? Aaron chooses to reveal his past certain that God wants to use his mistake to help others. As he grapples with the possibility of losing Faith, he must also face Kyra, the girl from his past. He believed the Biblical injunction "the truth will set you free," but he hadn't contemplated freedom without Faith. Her mother bequeaths Faith a journal that chronicles the marriage of Faith's parents, Sydney and David Lander. The family secrets revealed offer a path to forgiveness, if Faith can accept that every relationship must conquer hidden obstacles. The rose earrings her father gave her mother on their wedding day become a symbol of unconditional love.

As everything around them crumbled to mere existence, Earth's greatest scientists made one last effort to save the world that had been ravaged by climate change and human fault. Gene enhancement. The testing on pregnant women was indubitably dangerous; but what else was there left to try when Earth faces the ineluctable consequences? If there was any chance of volition that this generation could make the difference, it had to be taken. But with no palpable differences at their birth, only time will tell if these children will truly be the key to Earth's salvation. Not only for humanity but also for the place they live in. Life is a journey filled with so many bumps, bridges and crossroads. It is never easy to navigate your way in life, that's why where have the Bible to guide us. As we go on,we are plagued with so many problems that some times seem impossible to handle,we need to draw our strength from God's word.
