In this story The Hashira are introduced to the yearly physical examination Shinobu is the one conducting it, the males have to undress and have their bodies looked at, When this happenes it is introduced to the Hashira that the water Hashira Tomioka Giyuu has a few tattoos that they never saw due to his uniform. Tomioka decided to let them chose his next tattoos all goes well but the hashira then figure out something sad about Tomioka but when that is settled down and all the tattoos are finished Tomioka wants them to sign off their tattoos.
