They weren't able to figure out which last name goes to who, so they added their last names to the child that resembles them the most. The son, Misaru, and the daughter, Sarumi, vaguely look like their parents. And they have different last names. This story catches the perspective of only the children and Narrator. It undergoes a series of action, fake romance, jealousy, and more. Read this, if you are interested in learning the life, of two siblings, that are mistaken for just best friends.
