Lennon and Mila are two best friends with a message from the great beyond. They have to save rock and roll. They're the chosen ones, and they will be assisted by the defenders: Pete, Patrick, Joe, Andy, and Mark. The problem is that Mark and Patrick can be triggered into monstrosity by certain noises. The very companions they trust the most could turn suddenly evil, suddenly murderous, suddenly nefarious in the fraction of a second. Every breath could be their last on the mission to save the world.

Hope is your average teenage punk rock, music loving nerd with a very normal life. Not much happens in her little town. But when things go horribly wrong, the band must locate one of Hope's best friends, and guitarist in her band, and other Youngbloods to take down the Anti-Music Cult, and save rock and roll. After the Youngblood chronicles took place the band fall out boy (almost) pretended it never happened (except for Patrick's prosthetic hand falling off from time to time) and everything seemed normal.
