1 Year after the events of Doki Doki Literature Club!, all the grudges between Mark (MC), Yuri, Natsuki, Sayori and Monika are gone and they all became supportive friends. Soon after, Monika transferred to another school due to personal reasons , but failed to tell her friends. Mark, unaware of Monika's disappearance, was on a mission to solve Sayori, Natsuki and Yuri's issues such as Natsuki's abusive father, Yuri's cutting addiction, and Sayori's depression. In the story, there is several romantic occurrences and sleep overs that reveal interesting facts about the characters that the reader couldn't get in Doki Doki Literature Club!. There's also one other problem: that damned Uchiha seems to have taken an interest in her, and Sayuri finds she doesn't really mind it.

Sayori didn't give up. "What do you want" the tall girl grumbled with a tone that was usually only reserved for Natsuki. Usually she would immediately apologize and say that she didn't mean it in a mean way. But usually included being in a clubroom after school, not Monika's house at 2 A.M. "Would you go to the store with me? I'm hungry and Monika is out of bread~" Sayori showed her a goofy grin. A sigh escaped Yuri's lips as she got up, something cracking in her wrist, oh well. Even on her knees and slightly hunched forward she was towering over the girl. Her face was still scrunched up from the sudden awakening. "So is that a yes?"
