Nadia's tears streamed down her face as she prostrated herself in namaz, her body shaking with sobs. "Ya Allah, why did You accept my dua?" she whispered, her voice cracking with despair. A flashback hit her mind - her Nani's wise words: "Bewakoof ladki, aisi dua nahi mangte jisse baad mein pachtawa." (Foolish girl, don't make such prayers that you'll regret later.) Nadia's Nani had warned her about the dua she made in childhood, but she hadn't listened. Now, Nadia regretted her ignorance. She wished she had heeded Nani's words, had been more thoughtful about her prayers. "Why didn't I listen, Nani?" she whispered, feeling a pang of regret. Her tears fell onto the prayer mat as she begged Allah to change her destiny. "Please, Ya Allah, cancel my dua. I don't want to share my husband with anyone." Nadia's voice was barely audible, lost in her sorrow and desperation. Story of two friends nadiya and manahil who loved each dearly and can't live without each other .

I still remember the conversation. He talked about a rich man living alone, happily, and asked me, "Why do you even need someone?" all while he moved on to another life. Why was he in such a hurry to find someone else when I was still there, and then telling me it's okay to be alone? I still don't understand how people can be so selfish. Do they think their life will go on forever, hurting someone like this, leaving them in tears, and breaking promises?
