This is a Shadowrun story that I started about 5 or 6 years ago. I got through what I considered a successful beginning, got stuck at the next chapter and that was that. In the past 5 years, I've written a bunch of short stories, started another book that went about 9 chapters (also got stuck) and have always wanted to go back to this one. So today, I am. This is probably a 2nd or 3rd draft. It's not your a-typical Shadowrun story, at least not from the start (and I didn't want it to be) but it will become more "Shadowrun" in tone as it evolves. A shadowrun fanfic about a cyberpunk ork called Perseus and his team as they are sent on a very lucrative - and equally dangerous - mission to assassinate the president of the United Canadian and American States, M. Dunkelzahn. Based on shadowrun canon but meant as an introduction to the universe.

Marsh is a mage detective on the verge of losing his powers. His world is a rough mix of something like the Dresden files with cyberwear, elves, trolls, computers, and artificial intelligence. A beautiful woman visits Marsh with a case, and his assistant forces him to take the case. Problem is, Marsh has alcoholic blackouts. He can't remember the details of the case, or for that matter, the name of the person involved. All he knows is a dragon is attacking him, he's wanted by the police, and ... well, you get the idea. This case will either get him killed or be the turning point in his "career" as a mage detective.

In conjunction with a good friend of mine, we decided to write a cyberpunk thriller story using the already created tabletop-RPG world of Shadowrun. How would it be written? Through a way that might never have been done before--via an online, Discord-based RPG game. The plan was to gather the characters, collect them on Discord, explain the world and rules and ideas, have them create their characters according to the Shadowrun official character sheets, then present them with the plot of the story, one piece at a time. The reactions of the characters, their dialogue, their creativity would then be translated into fiction and shared chapter by chapter on the Wattpad main profile. Everyone participating would be credited in an acknowledgments page. The first plot is plotted, and the main quest sketched out. Dozens of other missions are available for later books, short stories, one-offs, or practice missions. These are the Runners, and this is their story.

Hii it's MEE!!! The creator of the BETA version of this story, but I changed it up, a lot, anyway even though this story has 6 parts, there's goin to be a part 2 of this coming out. Anyway to summarize this storyline, you're a new student, you meet a few friends here and there, then you meet shadow. Small and simple summary, the story is better.
